Using a person-centered, family-driven approach, Eliot believes strongly in partnering with the communities served.  Eliot programs collaborate with one another, utilizing the expertise within the agency to provide the highest standard of quality services to clients and their families.  This approach fuses community resources, funding resources, and a vast array of services to ensure that the high quality programs bring hope to those served by Eliot.
